1. What makes your prints unique?

When I take a photo, I don’t just capture what’s in front of me — I look for the angle, detail, or mood that most people might overlook. Instead of showing the obvious view, I try to reveal a perspective that brings out the character, feeling, and atmosphere of a space, a building, or even a single detail.

That’s what makes each image special: it doesn’t just document a place, it tells a story and creates an impression. This approach allows me to deliver prints that go beyond decoration - they help shape the experience of a room, whether it’s a boutique hotel, a restaurant, or a larger hospitality space.

1.1 Limited Edition vs. Open Edition Prints

Limited Edition – Premium Print

These prints are part of a strictly limited series and are treated as collector’s pieces.
Each limited edition is:

  • Signed by Vlad
  • Delivered with a Certificate of Authenticity
  • Produced in a special premium size and finish
  • Shipped directly by the artist, ensuring personal handling and quality inspection

This edition is available only in very small quantities and will not be reprinted once the series is sold out.


Open Edition – Fine Art Prints

Our open edition prints offer the same visual artwork in a range of sizes and materials, but without the collector elements. These prints are:

  • Professionally produced by our trusted fine-art printing partner
  • Shipped directly to you for faster delivery and secure packaging
  • Offered without signature or certificate
  • More accessible in price while maintaining high fine-art quality

Open editions are ideal for interior design, hospitality spaces, and customers who want high-quality art without the limited-edition structure.


1.2 Why Only the Premium Edition Includes a Certificate

Certificates and signatures belong exclusively to limited editions.
Open editions are intentionally kept certificate-free to maintain the value, rarity, and integrity of the premium series.

2. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the European Union, including Austria, Germany, and Romania.
Additional countries will be added as we continue to expand our shipping coverage.
All available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout.

2.1 Shipping & Packaging Details

Prints are carefully packaged to avoid damage:

  • Flat prints up to about 60 × 40 cm are sent in protective flat envelopes.
  • Larger formats are usually shipped rolled in sturdy tubes.

 2.3 Delivery Options

  • Standard delivery is provided for all items via trusted carriers.
  • Large prints are shipped with extra care to ensure they arrive safely.
  • If you have special delivery requirements for larger prints, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Production time: Your print is usually produced within 7–10 business days.
  • Delivery within the EU: Once shipped, delivery takes around 4–6 business days.
  • Delivery outside the EU: International shipping typically takes 6–10 business days, but can be longer depending on local customs procedures.
  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched, so you can follow your delivery step by step.

4. Can I return or exchange a print?

Because each print is made to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is damaged or faulty upon arrival. This ensures that every customer receives a fresh, high-quality product.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We will forward your claim to our print partner to arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.


5. Why are the prints more expensive than regular posters?

Our work is different from mass-produced posters. Each image is carefully photographed to highlight a unique perspective, mood, or detail of a space. We then produce every print using premium papers, archival inks, and professional printing processes to ensure outstanding quality and long-lasting durability.
What you receive is not just decoration, but a piece of art that adds value to your space and enhances the guest experience  - something especially important in the hospitality industry.

6. Do you offer custom sizes or designs?

7. Do you offer bulk orders for hotels, restaurants, or offices?

8. How should I care for my prints?

To keep your prints looking their best:

  • Avoid direct sunlight for extended periods.
  • Keep them away from damp areas.
  • Frame them with protective glass or acrylic if possible.
