Refund & Return Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all purchases of photography prints from Vlad | Photography Art (the “Shop”). By placing an order, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

 


 

2. Custom-Made Goods / Right of Withdrawal

All prints are custom-made according to your specifications.

Under § 18 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.

This means:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or returned for reasons such as change of mind, regarding the size or color preference.

  • Applies to all custom or made-to-order photography prints sold in our Shop.

EU Directive References (for transparency):

  • Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU: No withdrawal right for personalised goods.

  • Article 16(d): No withdrawal right for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

  • Article 16(m): No withdrawal right for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s consent.

 


 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 12 days of delivery at art@vladphotographyprints.com, including photos of the damage.

  • We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging and include proof of purchase.

 


 

4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom or made-to-order prints

  • Items without damage or production errors

 


 

5. Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected (if applicable), we will notify you about the outcome.

  • If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 20 business days have passed since approval, contact art@vladphotographyprints.com.

 


 

6. Shipping & Risk

  • Production, packaging, and shipping are carried out by WhiteWall.

  • Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control.

  • Risk passes to the buyer once the print is handed over to the shipping carrier.
