Delivery Policy
At Vlad | Photography Art, every print is produced on demand in cooperation with our professional print partner WhiteWall. Below is important information about shipping, delivery times, and packaging.

Production & Delivery Times

• Production: Each print usually takes 7–10 business days.
  
  
• Delivery within the EU: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  
  
• Delivery outside the EU: 5–10 business days, depending on customs and local processing.
  
  
• You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
  
  

Shipping Costs

• Costs depend on size, quantity, and destination.
  
  
• Exact costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  
  
• For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

Shipping & Packaging

• Flat prints up to approximately 60 × 40 cm are shipped in sturdy flat envelopes.
  
  
• Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective tubes.
  
  

Delivery Options

• Standard delivery is via trusted carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx).
  
  
• Large prints are handled with extra care. Special delivery requests can be accommodated if contacted prior to ordering.
  

Damaged Deliveries

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
  
  
• This allows us to coordinate with our print partner and arrange a replacement promptly.
